The program is run by one of the biggest Universities in Colombia: Universidad del Rosario. We train the empowered women of Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Peru and Bolivia that work on sales force from a beauty company. 

We support groups of women from different backgrounds in their ongoing process of learning, developing and practicing concepts for their own business projects.
